摘要
Abstract
Lead (Ⅱ) was determined by dual-indicator catalytic spectrophotometric method which was based on the lead (Ⅱ) catalyzing oxidation of nuclear fast red (NFR) and brilliant green by potassium bromate in the sulfuric acid medium. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace lead (Ⅱ) was established by the absorbance system at 455 and 595 nm. The linear range of the determination was 0.025~2.0μg/25mL, the detection limit for lead (Ⅱ) was 9.6×10-11 g/mL. It is a highly sensitive and effective method for the determination of trace lead (Ⅱ) in water and soil samples.关键词
