前置式膨胀波火炮后喷装置结构研究及优化
DESIGN AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE EXPANSION WAVE ARTILLERY AFTER SPRAY DEVICE STRUCTURE

Abstract
The improvement of conventional artillery’s power would increase its weight and reduce its maneuverability. The huge recoil impulse can make artillery instability and take negative effects of the firing accuracy. We used the new expansion wave technology based on the 122 self-propelled artillery. We also designed the device of front-expansion wave artillery after the basic structure. We set up after spraying device model and used the Fluent software to simulate the process of gas injection. By analyzed the key parameters of the front-expansion wave cannon artillery after the basic structure, the after spray equipment import and export area and the after spray device connected to the body tube normal point of view, we optimized the structure of after spraying device, then determined the best structure of the 122 self-propelled artillery’s after the spray device.关键词
