Marketization of China's Inspection and Testing Service:Background,Characteristics and Growth Path
摘要
Abstract
This paper first systematically studied the background and the characteristics of China's inspection and testing service and finds that the recent reform represents not only a transition of the inspection institution on an institutional level,but also a change of the relationship between the institutions and governments,as well as a chance to redefine governments' relationship with the market.Then,the paper chooses several typical reforms as case studies and respectively discusses the possible paths under the current political and institutional environment,from which profitable and non-profit government inspection institutions can choose to carry on the reform.关键词
