团队心理辅导对老年糖尿病病人自我管理行为的影响
Influence of group psychological counseling on self management behaviors of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of group psychological counseling on self management behav-iors of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetes mel-litus were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,30 cases in each.The patients in intervention group received group counseling and regular health education and the pa-tients in control group only received the routine health education.The patients in both groups were investigated by adopting questionnaire survey on their self management ability before and after intervention,and to evaluate the results.Results:After the intervention for three months and six months,the total score of diabetes self management activity scale in all dimensions in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The glycated hemoglobin value in intervention group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The group psychological counseling could improve the self management ability of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, effectively make the blood sugar level stable,and then to enhance their quality of life.关键词
