摘要

Abstract

Non-platform-column shelter's falling not only affects the normal operation of the high-speed rail system, but also brings threats to the passenger safety. So,it is very important to prevent non-platform-column shelter's falling accident. This paper applied fish bone figure to analyze the causes of non-platform-column shelter's falling accident, and proposed some preventive measures, including perfecting various norms, standards and regulations, improving engineering design and construction quality, strengthening maintenance and management during the operation period based on identifying all the kinds of risk factors, which would prevent non-platform-column shelter falling accidents and improve the level of safety risk management.
