真空回潮工序不同参数对卷烟化学成分及危害性的影响OACSTPCD
Effects of Different Parameters of Vacuum Resurgence Process on C hemical Compositions and Danger of Cigarettes
通过对真空回潮工序中抽真空度和保压时间两参数进行不同组合，检测卷烟烟气中焦油、7项有害成分、叶片常规化学成分等，以探明不同条件对卷烟常规化学成分及危害性的影响。结果表明：较低的抽真空度和保压时间能显著降低烟气中焦油、烟碱和总粒相物含量；CO 、氨、B[α] P含量随抽真空度和保压时间的增大有升高趋势，巴豆醛含量随抽真空度和保压时间的增大则显著减小；烟碱、钾、氯含量受抽真空度和保压时间影响较小，总糖和还原糖含量在高真空度和长保压时间下显著减小，总氮…查看全部>>
