Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze and discuss the clinical curative effect of the treatment of middle and lower segment tibial fracture with interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive plate. Methods 76 cases of middle and distal tibial fractures treated in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015, were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the order of admission, each of the 38 cases. In the experimental group were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate treatment, patients given reference group treated with interlocking nails. Comparison of the two groups of patients with excellent fracture healing rate and complication rate. Results There was no signiifcant difference in fracture healing rate between the two groups,P>0.05,the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion The interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive percutaneous plate in the treatment of tibial shaft fracture has a signiifcant effect, fewer complications of minimally invasive percutaneous plate therapy, should be promoted, but in the clinical treatment of patients based on the actual situation need a reasonable choice .关键词
