Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of IL-23 on the levels of VEGF expressed by mouse B16 melanoma cells.Methods Mouse B16 melanoma cells were cultured in vitro. Cells in research group were treated with various concentrations (5 ng/ml, 10 ng/ml, 20 ng/ml, 50 ng/ml) of recombinant mouse IL-23 and those in control group without IL-23.The levels of VEGF expressed by B16 melanoma cells were detected by ELISA after 48 hours. ResultsThe VEGF levels in the supernatants of the B16 cells treated with various concentrations of IL-23 were higher than that in the control group by ELISA (P<0.05), which was IL-23 concentration-dependent.ConclusionIL-23 can promote the mouse B16 melanoma cells secreting VEGF.关键词
