摘要
Abstract
The management of lfuid in patients with severe craniocerebral l injury during perioperative period is still controversial, mainly in the dispute of crystal and colloid--"dry" and "wet". Craniocerebral injury operation time is long and also tends to large amount of bleeding. Commonly, dehydration treatment causes hypovolemia, electrolyte disorder, and intraoperative infusion need also increases significantly, however, the high volume of lfuid may affect the intracranial pressure, brain tissue perfusion and clinical outcome. Therefore, effective cerebral perfusion and oxygenation, appropriate intracranial pressure is the ideal target of fluid management during anesthesia for craniocerebral injury operation.关键词
