摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo analysis of tacrolimus ointment combined with narrow-band ultraviolet ray treatment efficacy and safety of vitiligo. MethodsChoose October 2012 to December 2015 160 vitiligo patients of our hospital group study, according to the method of computer digital divided into control group and treatment group, control group, 80 cases of patients with single give tacrolimus ointment treatment, treatment group, 80 cases of patients on the basis of this combined therapy with narrow-band ultraviolet ray, compares two groups of clinical therapeutic effect andsafety.ResultsDuring the treatment, no obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups, the treatment group total effective rate and total effective rate of the lesion site were higher than that of control group, by comparison, the differences between groups (P<0.05).ConclusionTacrolimus ointment combined with narrow-band ultraviolet ray in the treatment of vitiligo curative effect, high safety.关键词
