齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗精神分裂症对照研究OA
Comparative Study on Ziprasidone and Perphenazine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia
目的：比较齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将204例精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮组（136例）和奋乃静组（68例）。疗程为8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、不良反应量表（TESS）进行评定。结果治疗8周后，两组疗效无显著性差异。齐拉西酮的不良反应发生率比奋乃静低，两者有显著差异。但两者程度均较轻，经过对症处理后均可有效缓解。齐拉西酮更适合于锥体外系反应不能耐受的患者。结论齐拉西酮与奋乃静治疗精神分裂症的疗效相当，依从性好。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy on cognitivefunction of Ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.
