中老年高血压病患者血同型半胱氨酸水平与颈动脉多普勒超声检测结果分析
Analysis of serum homocysteine level and carotid doppler ultrasound in middle-aged patients with hyperten-sion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the correlation of serum homocysteine (Hcy)and ultrasound of carotid in middle-aged patients with hypertension.Methods One hundred and twenty two patients were enrolled and divided into the control group and hyperhomocysteinemia group according to the homocysteine.The Hey and ultrasound of ca-rotid were detected in all subjects.Results The serum Hcy had no significant correlation to the ICA DIA,ICA SPV and ICA RI,but had close correlation to the CA IMT.The tendency of CA IMT increased with Hcy.Conclusions Hyperhomocysteinemia may be involved in the arteriosclerosis of hypertension and promote the remodeling of conduc-ting arteries.关键词
