贲门癌中 CyclinD1蛋白的表达及意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of CyclinD1 Protein in Cardia Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of CyclinD1 in gastric cardia adenocarcinoma(GCA). Methods The immunohistochemistry was used to determine the level of CyclinD1 in 32 cases of GCA tissues and its adjacent non-cancerous tissues.we also analyzed the correlation between the CyclinD1 and cardia cancer clinicopathologic characteristics,and evaluated the its clinical significance of CyclinD1 protein in cardia cancer. Results The immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive rate of CyclinD1 protein was 84.4%(27 /32)in GCA and 40.6%(13 /32)in its adjacent non-cancerous tissues respectively, which was significantly statistic difference (P <0.05 ). The CyclinD1 expression in GCA showed a significant correlation to TNM-staging (P <0.05),but no correlation was found in age,gender,tumor differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis.The positive rate were 70.6%(12 /17)in the TNM stage ≥Ⅲ b and 26.7%(4 /15)in the TNM stage <Ⅲ b (P >0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of CyclinD1 was significantly higher in GCA and had correlation to clinic stage of GCA.The CyclinD1 protein may play an important role in the development of GCA.关键词
