颅内多发动脉瘤中破裂责任动脉瘤的 CTA 表现特征
CTA Characteristics of Responsible Ruptured Aneurysms in Patients with Multiple Intracranial Aneurysms

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of CT angiography (CTA ) for the responsible ruptured aneurysms in patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms (MIA). Methods The CTA imaging data of 43 patients with MIA (43 ruptured and 52 unruptured)were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2012 to Dec 2014.The Maximal height (Hmax),neck diameter (D)and aspect ratio (AR),with or without daughter sac and its position were measured for each aneurysm.The daughter aneurysm and the locations were judged. Results The Hmax,D and AR values of ruptured aneurysm group were significantly higher than that of non-ruptured group (P <0.05 ),which had high area under the curve (AUC)values (AUC >0.7).The incidence of irregular aneurysm of ruptured group (62.8%)was higher than that of the control group (36.5%),there were significantly statistical difference (P <0.05 );and the rupture odds ratios (OR)of irregular aneurysm was 2.931 . Conclusion Familiar with CTA features of MIA was helpful for preoperative judgment of rupture aneurysms.The values of Hmax >3.80 mm,D >3.46 mm,AR >1 .22 suggest responsible ruptured aneurysms for irregular and large aneurysm.关键词
