低剂量对比剂在 MSCT 冠状动脉成像中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the low dose contrast material for improving image quality in coronary multislice spinal CT angiography(MSCT). Methods 120 patients who were underwent coronary CT angiography from February to November 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The group A were injected normal dose contrast material(65 mL),and the group B were injected less contrast material(50 mL).Two groups were used both non-ionic contrast material iohexol(350 mgI·mL -1 )and the same injection rate 4.5 mL·s -1 .The CT value of the main coronary and Iodine intake dose per capita were detected in two groups. Results The CT value of the main coronary branch increased with more dose contrast material injected (P <0.001 ).Iodine intake dose per capita also increased obviously with more dose contrast material injected(P <0.001 ).However,the image quality of two groups was no statistical difference (P >0.05). Conclusion Application of low dose contrast material injection in coronary CT angiography could supply the demand of clinical diagnosis,and significantly reduced the Iodine intake dose per capita and the risk of clinical potential contrast agent of renal toxicity.关键词
