摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of autologous blood transfusion in the operation of traumatic rupture of spleen and liver. Methods 46 patients of simple traumatic rupture of spleen or liver in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2015 were chosen as our study subjects.They were treated with autologous blood transfusion by the strict,scientific process and nursing intervention. Results 46 patients treated by autologous blood transfusion had been not only effectively expanded the blood volume,but also safely pulled through the dangerous period.Now they all had been out of hospital. Conclusion It was safe,effective and saving for patients with traumatic rupture of the spleen or liver who were treated by autologous blood transfusion.It could avoid infectious diseases and rejection reaction by allogeneic blood transfusions.Also it could reduce the blood resource waste,complications and overcome the difficulties of lack of blood.关键词
