卡托普利与氨氯地平合用治疗高血压合并冠心病临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of captopril combined with amlodipine treatment the hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease (CHD ). Methods 180 cases of hypertension complicated with CHD were randomly selected to the observation group and control group in Longmen Workers’Sanatorium of Henan Province from June 2013 to December 2015.The observation group received treatment with captopril combined with amlodipine,and the control group received the conventional therapy including nitrendipine and isosorbide dinitrate.The therapeutic effects of blood pressure and angina pectoris were compared between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effects on hypertension and CHD in observation group (93.33%、88.89%)was significantly superior to the control group (73.33%、68.89%), respectively (P <0.05 ).The blood pressure of observation group (124.57 ±13.57 )/(76.55 ±7.19 ) mmHg was lower than that of control group (145.62 ±16.56 )/(89.65 ±8.49 )mmHg (P <0.05 ). Conclusion Captopril combined with amlodipine could provide prominent efficacy and good safety to treat the hypertension complicated with CHD.关键词
