Review of Telomere Length for Forensic Age Estimation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the researches on the telomere length in different tissues or cell and its correlation to forensic age estimation. Methods A systematic review was made by referring the latest literatures on the structure of telomere,the methods for measuring telomere length,its correlations to forensic age estimation as well as the influencing factors etc. Results Telomere length in different tissues or cells was significant correlation to forensic age estimation. Conclusion Determination of telomere length is very helpful in forensic age estimation.关键词
