基于Delphi法的护理硕士专业学位研究生理论课程设置研究
Establishment of Curriculum for Master of Nursing Specialist with Delphi

Abstract
Objective To establish the curriculum for master of nursing specialist according to the core competence evaluation system for postgraduates with master of nursing specialist and clinical nurse specialist, and to improve the quality of postgraduate education. Methods We preliminarily constructed the curriculum after literature review and group discussion, then we used Delphi method to determine the final indicators. Results Experts’ opinions tended to be consistent after two rounds of consultation. The effective response rates of two rounds of consultation were 92%and 94%respectively and the expert authority coefficients 0.825, and 0.875 respectively. The coefficient of variation of indexes ranged from 0.059 to 0.225 and the coordination coefficient was 0.26 ( P<0.01). Conclusion The curriculum for master of nursing specialist is reasonable, which can help to provide the reference for the development of nursing education and the improvement of postgraduate education, and to accelerate the process of nursing specialization development as well.关键词
