基于案例教学法的翻转课堂在《基础护理学》实训教学中的应用及评价
Application of Case Method-based Flipped Classroom in Practice Teaching of Fundamental of Nursing and Its Evaluation

Abstract
Objective To explore the teaching effect of flipped classroom based on case method in the practice teaching of Fundamental of Nursing. Methods Thirty nursing undergraduates in grade 2011 and another 30 in 2012 were divided into control group and observation group randomly. Flipped classroom based on case method was applied in observation group while traditional teaching method in control group, then the teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaires and examination. Results The test scores and self-directed learning ability of observation group were better than those of control group. Students of observation group held flipped classroom was helpful to stimulate interest in learning and improve the learning ability and evaluation of clinical teachers in observation group was better than that in control group significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Flipped classroom based on case method can foster students’ practice performance, interpersonal communication skill, critical thinking, health education, etc.关键词
