个案追踪法在急性心肌梗死患者救护中的应用
Effect of Case Tracing Method in Emergency Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of case tracing method in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients ’ emergency treatments. Methods By case tracing method, the whole process of medical service of acute AMI patients was traced, including cooperation of related departments, communication of different medical workers, the safety of medical service, patients ’ outcome, hospitals days, medical costs and patients’ satisfaction with the medical service. Results The time of patients from emergency department to interventional room or CCU, reperfusion time, and the time from admission to reperfusion were all shortened (P<0.001), successful salvage rate was improved markedly(P<0.05), and patients’ hospital days and medical costs were both declined and patients’ and their family were more satisfied with the medical service (P<0.001). Conclusion Case tracing method is effective for shortening AMI patients’ time of reperfusion, increasing their survival rate and satisfaction, and declining hospital days and medical costs.关键词
