临床护士输液反应上报态度的调查研究
Transfusion Reaction Report Attitude in Clinical Nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the current status of nurses’ attitude toward transfusion reaction report and its influence factors and to provide scientific reference for management of standard and effective transfusion reaction report. Methods A self-designed questionnaire on nurse’ attitude toward transfusion reaction report was adopted to investigate 1,000 clinical nurses from five Class III Grade I hospitals. Results Nurses scored lowest (21.21 ±5.26) in resource support in three demensions of the questionnaire. The factors influencing policy support and social support were employment, age and length of service (P<0.05). The factor influencing resource support was the title (P<0.05). Conclusion Corresponding measures should be taken to foster nurses ’ safety awareness so as to provide quality nursing service to patients to promote the development of nursing.关键词
