基于动机性访谈延续护理促进断指再植患者康复的效果观察
Effect of Motivational Interviewing-based Extended Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Finger Replantation

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of motivational interviewing(MI)-based extended nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with finger replantation. Methods One hundred patients with finger replantation were randomly divided into observation group and control group with fifty cases in each group. Routine discharge health education and follow-up were performed in control group and MI-based extended nursing was conducted in observation group in addition to health education and follow-up. Rehabilitation knowledge, compliance of rehabilitation training, activity of daily living (ADL) and function recovery of replanted finger in both groups were observed when discharged, at the end of 1 month after discharge and at the end of 6 months after discharge. Results There was no significant difference in terms of rehabilitation knowledge, compliance of rehabilitation training, ADL and function recovery of replanted finger (P>0.05) when discharged but there was higher scores of rehabilitation knowledge, compliance of rehabilitation training, ADL and function recovery of replanted finger at the end of 1 month and 6 months after discharge in observation group ( P<0.05). Conclusion MI-based extended nursing benefits the promotion of rehabilitation knowledge and compliance of rehabilitation training and the improvement of patients ’ ADL and the recovery of replanted fingers.关键词
