维持性血液透析患者营养不良的影响因素病例对照研究
Nutritional Status and Its Influence Factors in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients:A Case-control Study

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nutrition status of maintenance hemodialysis patients, discuss its influence factors, and put forward preventive countermeasures. Methods A total of 114 hemodialysis patients were selected in hemodialysis room in People ’s Hospital of Nanshan District from January 2014 to January 2015. The nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients was assessed by modified quantitative subjective global assessment form (MQSGA). The patients were divided into normal nutrition group and malnutrition group. The relevant factors affecting nutritional status of patients were analyzed by multiariable logistic regression analysis. Results Totally 59 patients ( MQSGA score:10) were classified as normal nutrition group (n=59)and 55 patients (MQSGA score>10) as malnutrition group(n=55). The incidence rate of malnutrition was 48.2%. Multiariable logistic regression analysis showed that age, hemodialysis duration, hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hsCRP) and urea clearance (Kt/V) were risk factors in hemodialysis patients with malnutrition (P<0.05), while higher urea clearance index, higher blood albumin levels were protective factors ( P<0.05). Conclusion According to the factors involved in nutrition status of maintenance hemodialysis patients, reducing the risk factors of malnutrition, such as controlling inflammation and decreasing hypersensitive c-reactive protein level, and improving protection factors of malnutrition, such as dialysis adequacy, blood protein level, can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients, reduce the incidence of malnutrition.关键词
