痰湿壅盛型高血压患者穴位敷贴降压作用的研究
Effect of Acupoint application on Excessive Accumulation of Phlegm Dampness Hypertension

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of acupoint application on patients with excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness hypertension. Methods Acupoint application scheme was formed based on literature review, expert consultation and pre-experiment for hypertension patients with phlegm and dampness. Seventy-seven hypertensive patients with phlegm and dampness were divided into control group and interventional group with 39 cases and 38 cases in each group by convenient sampling. Patients in control group were treated by routine drugs and those in interventional group received acupoint applications in addition to the treatment in control group for 12 weeks. After experiment, the interventional group was followed up for 4 weeks. Results The result between two groups showed that systolic pressure at week 8 and 12 was statistically significance ( P<0.05). The result in interventional group showed that the systolic pressure had a gradual decline and indicated statistical significance ( P<0.01). Conclusion The study result has confirmed the effect of lowering the systolic blood pressure level of hypertension patients with phlegm and dampness by acupoint application.关键词
