护生临床实习轮转路径的构建与应用
Construction and Application of Clinical Practice Rotation Path for Nursing Students
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a clinical rotation path for nursing interns based on features of clinical specialties and objective-based teaching method and to improve the teaching quality. Methods Totally 386 nursing interns from July 2013 to April 2014 were recruited as control group receiving traditional rotate arrangement and teaching, while another 390 nursing interns from July 2014 to April 2015 as experimental group receiving reformed rotation path and teaching. Students ’ examination performance of two groups before and after clinical practice, teaching quality and students ’ satisfaction with the teaching were compared. Results Students’ examination performance of two groups before clinical practice indicated no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05) while after clinical rotation, students from experimental group performed better and they were more satisfied with the teaching. And the teaching quality was improved obviously, which was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion The rotation path based on the characteristics of specialties and objectives of teaching could significantly improve the clinical teaching quality and nursing students’ practice effect.关键词
