Abstract
Through the comprehensive retrieval and collating of the toxicity data of LAS,the toxicity hazard and related toxicity parameters of LAS was reviewed from nine aspects,such as toxicokinetics,acute toxicity,and repeated dose toxicity etc. Based on the investigation of the habits and practices for household uses of washing products in China and the basic exposure parameters of Chinese,the human exposure with regard to LAS was estimated. Then,on the basis of hazard assessment and exposure assessment,the risk characterization of LAS was conducted by calculating Margin of Exposure (MOE ). The results showed that the MOE of LAS is 497 , and LAS is considered as safe for human exposure resulting-in uses of household washing products.关键词
