气相色谱法检测湿巾中丙二醇的含量
Determination of propylene glycol content in wet wipes by gas chromatography

Abstract
A weighted sample of wet wipe was extracted by ethanol under assistance of ultrasonic wave,and the extract was filtered via centrifugation. Then the filtrate was detected by gas chromatography to determine the content of propylene glycol in wet wipes. The quantification was identified with external standard method. Results showed that the method exhibits good linearity in the mass concentration range of 2.50-200.00 mg/L. For 1,2-propylene glycol,the correlation coefficient is 0.998 9,detection limit is 1.50 mg/L,RSDA=2.32%, and spiked recovery is 92.10% -97.20%. For 1,3-propylene glycol,the correlation coefficient is 0.999 4, detection limit is 2.00 mg/L,RSDA=3.15%,and spiked recovery is 93.40% -97.25%.关键词
