摘要
Abstract
The cosmetic definition and the regulatory status of cleaning wet wipes in Europe, United States, Canada, Australia and China have been analyzed. The cleaning wet wipes used on human body are regulated as cosmetics in other countries;however, they are regulated as disposable hygiene products in China so that there is no special requirement for ingredients. It is suggested that such wipes should be brought into regulatory scope of cosmetic regulation in China based on definition and the actual development demand of current cosmetics industry.关键词
