川东北CYP2 C19基因多态性与氯吡格雷治疗后再发心血管事件相关性研究
Correlation between CYP2C19 Polymorphism and Recurrent Cardiovascular Events in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Clopidogrel Treatment

Abstract
Objective This study aims to investigate the correlation between CYP2C19 gene polymorphisms and recurrent cardiovascular events in patients of coronary heart disease who accept percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI ) after clopidogrel treatment in Chinese Han population of northeast Sichuan Province. Methods Patients with the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and the first elective of PCI were prospectively enrolled. And the genotype was determined by using fluorescent in situ hybridization staining sequencing detection system after taking blood samples. The patients were divided into different groups according to their genotype and the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and bleeding events during 12 months of clopidogrel ther-apy was observed. Results It enrolled 110 patients in 52 cases of metabolizers ( 47. 3%) ,42 cases of intermediary metabolism group(38. 1%),and 16 patients of slow metabolizers(14. 6%). Five cardiovascular events were found in patients with mutant CYP2C19 while none in those with wild CYP2C19( Χ2=4.70,P=0.03). Conclusion There is correlation between CYP2C19 polymorphism and recurrent cardiovascular events in patients who accept PCI after clopidogrel treatment in Chinese Han population of northeast Sichuan Province.关键词
