摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety evaluation of Holmium laser and minimally invasive percutane-ous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods Selected 112 cases of patients to our hospital with kidney stones, randomly divided 56 patients into group of using conventional percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery for treatment;56 cases in the intervention group, the use of holmium laser and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery performed treatment, pa-tients in both groups observed clinical effects and occurrence of complications. Results Hospital stay and operation time of the pa-tients in the intervention group were significantly shortened compared with the conventional group(P<0.05);Patients in the interven-tion group blood loss was significantly less than the conventional group(P<0. 05). Patients in the intervention group, stone clearance rate of 7days after surgery ,one month, three months was significantly better than the conventional group patients(P<0. 05);Stone clearance times of the patients in the intervention group was significantly less than the patients in the conventional group after treat-ment(P<0.05). BUN, SCr levels of the patients in the intervention group compared to the conventional group patients were signifi-cantly reduced(P<0. 05). The incidence rate of complications in the intervention group was significantly less than that in the routine group( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion Holmium laser and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for renal calculi patients has more obvious treatment effect and high safety, which should be actively used in the clinical treatment.关键词
