Abstract
0bjecit ev: To analyze the clinical results of limbs intra-articular fracture with absorbable screws, investigate the alterna-tive operative treatment of intra-articular fracture.Methods:From February 2010 to April 2015,60 patients with limbs intra-articular fracture were treated with operative method.The patients were separated to control group and observation group,there were 30 cases each group.The observation group cases were treatmented with absorbable screw ,in the same time ,the control group were treatmented with tra-ditional operative method.To analyses the index of the clinical results, postoperative complications, length of stay in hospital and the satis-faction of patients of each groups.Results:There were better percent of satisfaction and less length of stay in hospital in observation group than control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).There were higher good result in observation group than control group and the difference was significant (P<0.05).The postoperative complications were 6.67%(2/30)in observation group, in the same time,it was 16.67%(5/30) in control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Con-clusion:Internal fixation of absorbable screw should be a perfect and ideal operative method for treating limbs intra-articular fracture with severe operation indication.It can effective improve patients satisfaction with lower postoperative complications.关键词
