Abstract
Objective:To compare the changes of IL-1β、NO content in synovial fluid of knee osteoarthritis patients before and after arthroscopic debridement,and investigate whether it could be used as an index for evaluating the interventional effect of knee arthroscopy, and to futher disscuss the clinical application value of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A totlal of 100 cases of knee osteoarthritis admitted from 2013 October to 2014 February were enrolled and treated with arthroscopic debridement.Before surgery and 3,6,12 months after sur-gery ,knee joint function and IL-1β、NO content in synovial fluid were compared.Results:3,6,12months after surgery, the WOMAC scores were lower than those before surgery (P<0.05),IL-1β、NO content in synovial fluid were lower than those before surgery (P<0. 05);the levels of IL-1β、NO in synovial fluid with knee OA were positively correlated with WOMAC socores (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ar-throscopic debridement surgery could reduce IL -1β、NO content and improve knee function, and it might be an ideal way for early knee OA.关键词
