手术后脊柱结核复发的原因和治疗方法探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the etiology and treatment of recurrence of spinal tuberculosis.Methods:14 cases of recurrence of spinal tuberculosis were reviewed retrospectively.All cases treated with anterior debridement, decompression, bone grafting and internal fixation.Anti-tuberculosis drugs were adjusted to 9-12 months.Results:These patients were followed up for 6 to 14years.1 case died of tuberculosis cephalomeningitis, 13 cases were cured, There were no recurrence of spinal tuberculosis, all acquired bone fusion, mean time of bone fusion were 4-6 months.Conclusion:Residual of focal, unreasonable chemotherapy and surgery, instability of spinal are the main reason of recurrence of spinal tuberculosis.Radical debridement and reconstruction of the spine stability on the basis of reasona-ble chemotherapy should be the key of success treatment.关键词
