摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the treatment effect of triple arthrodesis using calcaneal plate with soft tissue surgery on adult talipes equinus deformity secondary to ischemic contracture of the leg.Methods:From October 2006 to March 2014,18 patients( single foot 19) of talipes equinus deformity secondary to ischemic contracture of the leg were managed with triple arthrodesis using calcaneal plate and soft tissue surgery,including achilles tendon lengthening,plantar fascia lysis,tendon transposition,tendon shortening,ect.The patients could bear weight after solid bone fusion, the plate was removed 1 -1.5year later.Results:All the patients were followed up for 11-36months ( averaged 20 months) .14 feet in mean 3 months after operation,4 feet after 4 months and 1 foot after 5 months achieved solid bone fu-sion.Every hindfoot function was assessed before and after operation based on the hindfoot scoring system of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS).The preoperative mean score was 25.5, postoperative score was 91.4 .Conclusion:The treatment of triple arthrodesis using calcaneal plate and soft tissue surgery on adult talipes equinus deformity secondary to ischemic contracture of the leg should be considered as a more effective treatment method.关键词
