Abstract
Objcetive:To explore the application of MSCT and post -processing technique in the ankle injury value , improve clinical application range.Methods:Using MSCT in 40 patients with ankle injury, suspected fracture scanning, using thin layer reconstruction, multiplanar reconstruction ( MPR) , volume display technology ( VR ) ankle injury degree, compared with the conventional CT scan.Re-sults:40 patients with ankle injury, 28 cases found that the fracture of 34, including external ankle fracture 6, 8 from medial malleolus fracture, ankle fractures after 7, 5 from the lower tibial fracture with bone 4, 2 weeks bone, metatarsus 4, 6, phalanges wedge bone frac-ture, 1 with bone comminuted fracture, 1.MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technique can intuitive display fracture, displace-ment,joint surface damage and the relationship with the surrounding soft tissue , MPR technique for fracture,dislocation and fracture frag-ments could be more accurate.Conclusion:MSCT reconstruction using thin layer, MPR and VR technology to overcome the limitation of the traditional examination method, could be intuitive stereo display the fracture position, for ankle injury diagnosis and provide reliable imaging evidence for the selection of clinical treatment.关键词
