Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with rehabilitation on spinal paraplegia .Mtehods:70 cases of spinal paraplegia from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object ,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases were in each group.The control group were treated with rehabilitation , the observation group were treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Results:In the control group,10 ca-ses were invalid,14 cases were effective ,6 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were basic cure ,total effective rate was 71.4%.In the observation group,3 cases were invalid,16 cases were effective ,7 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were basic cure ,total effective rate was 91.4%.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group improved significantly (p <0.05).After treatment,Barthel index score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:Acupunc-ture with rehabilitation on spinal paraplegia has a good effect , it should be recommended.关键词
