Abstract
Objective:To explore the use of nursing intervention for severe traumatic brain injury, increased intracranial pressure in-fluence prognosis. Methods:Select the hospital in February 2013 to February 2015 with severe brain injury were treated 128 patients with increased intracranial pressure, divided into two groups, the control group, 64 cases each. The control group of patients given usual care methods, observation group nursing care measures, compared two groups of Glasgow score ( GCS) , length of hospital stay, morbidity and mortality conditions. Results:Observation group after treatment GCS score was (12.1 ±1.5) points, significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Observation group hospitalization time was (5.2 ±3.1) d, significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Observation group was 20.3%had complications, mortality was 18.8%, significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:For severe head injury, in-creased intracranial pressure provide effective nursing care could significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality in patients with coma rap-id mitigate and shorten patient hospitalization, worthy of promotion.关键词
