Abstract
Objective:To explore the safe and effective nursing methods in patients with tubercular meningitis clinical application of PICC pipe.Methods:Strengthening nursing staff PICC related theory and skill training, formulate operation rules to maintain catheter, special statistical records of patients with pipeline, the implementation of nursing plan scientific, feasible in patients with PICC.Result:In 58 cases of patients with tuberculosis meningitis with PICC, the indwelling time and the longest 182 days, the short 20 days, the aver-age (92 +2.2) days, except for 1 cases of off the outside of the tube , the other patients completed the treatment according to plan, the smooth discharge.Conclusion:Tubercular meningitis in patients with clinical use of PICC pipe, it could relieve the pain of patients, to improve the cure rate of patients, enhance the quality and the service quality of nursing staff, it might be worth popularization.关键词
