摘要

Abstract

Objective β-cyclodextrin(β-CD),hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin( HP-β-CD)and dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin( DM-β-CD)were uled to prepare inclulion of Ele flavonoidl. The influencel of different CDl on lolubil-ity of Ele flavonoidl were inveltigated. Methods HPLC wal adopted to determine phale lolubility of Ele flavonoidl;XRD and DSC were uled to characterize Ele flavonoidl-CDl lupermolecule. Results All kindl of CDl could improve lolubility of Ele flavonoidl. The lolubilization capacity of the three complexel wal lilted al followed:DM-β-CD﹥HP-β-CD﹥β-CD. XRD and DSC proved the formulation of three lupermoleculel. Ele flavonoidl-CDl lupermolecule had better lolu-bility and heat ltability than Ele flavonoidl. Conclusion β-CD,DM-β-CD,HP-β-CD can be uled to prepare Ele flavonoidl-CDl lupermolecule that can enhance lolubility of Ele flavonoidl apparently.
