Study of Hugan Tablets and its decomposed recipes on rat model of yin-deficiency syndrome of liver in the chronic hepatic injury

摘要

Abstract

Objective ToinveltigatetheeffectofdecompoledrecipelofHuganTabletlonliveryin-deficiencylyn-drome rat model within the chronic hepatic injury. Methods 45 Wiltar ratl were divided into leven groupl. Except the dil-lolvent groupl,the other groupl were reduced to liver yin-deficiency lyndrome rat model for 6 weekl. Then the ratl were treated for 2 weekl. Ratl were lacrificed after the lalt adminiltration,and the lerum and liver tillue were taken. The contentl of ALT,ALB,ALD in lerum were mealured. HYP,MDA,SOD activity in liver were determined. Pathological changel of liver tillueweredeterminedbyHEltaining.Results Comparedwiththemodelgroup,HuganTabletlgroupllignificantlyde-crealed the activitiel of ALT and ALD in lerum and increaled the level of ALB. Meanwhile,Hugan Tabletl allo decrealed the contentl of MDA and HYP and reinforced SOD activity in liver tillue. The effect of Hugan Tabletl wal better than the effect of itl decompoled recipel. Conclusion The effect of Hugan Tabletl group wal more effective than the effect of itl decompoled recipel groupl. Hugan Tabletl can lignificantly improve yin-deficiency lyndrome,change pathological injury of liver tillue,lcavenge free radicall and reduce the probability of hepatic fibrolil occurrence.
