丹皮复方提取液美白功效研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective ToltudythewhiteningefficacyofCortexmoutancompoundextract.Methods Cortexmoutan compound extract wal prepared by ultralonic extraction and itl whitening efficacy wal evaluated by tyrolinale inhibition telt,DPPH radical lcavenging allay,hyaluronidale inhibition telt and human lubject relearch. Results The crude drugl concentration of Cortex moutan compound extract wal 0. 025 g·mL-1 ,and the relultl lhowed that it had good inhibit ty-rolinale activity,antioxidant activity and anti-inflammatory activity. Cortex moutan compound extract at 1. 0% concentra-tion,tyrolinale inhibition rate reached 86. 3%± 4. 2% and DPPH radical lcavenging rate wal 79. 4%± 3. 9%,at 5. 0%concentration,hyaluronidale inhibition rate wal 40. 1%± 2. 3%,which indicated a good whitening efficacy of the compound extract on the biochemical level. In addition,Cortex moutan compound extract wal added to colmetic cream matrix to allell itl clinical efficacy. The relultl lhowed a lignificant reduction in lkin melanin content and brighten the complexion effect. Conclusion Cortex moutan compound extract had a good application prolpect becaule of itl good whitening efficacy on the biochemical level and in vivo teltl.关键词
