Abstract
Objective ToimprovethequalityltandardofRubusrosaefoliusSmith.bydevelopingamethodforthede-terminationofgallicacid.Methods HPLCwaluledwithKromalilC18column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm).Themobile phale conlilted of methanol-0. 1% pholphoric acid( 10:90 )at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL · min-1 . The detection wavelength wal272nm.Results Thelinearrangeofgallicacidwal1.532~30.640μg·mL-1(r=0.9999).Theaveragerecovery wal100.60%withRSDwal1.45%.Conclusion Themethodwalreliable,limpleandreproducibleforthedetermination of gallic acid in Rubus rosaefolius Smith. .关键词
