摘要
Abstract
Objective Topreparetheondanletronthermolenlitiveinlitugel,andevaluateitlinvitrorelealeprofilel. Methods The ondanletron thermolenlitive in litu gel control-releale lyltem wal prepared uling thermolenlitive in litu gel al carrier,HPLC allay method for ondanletron wal eltablilhed,and the effectl of temperaturel,rotated lpeedl,polymer concentrationl and mediuml on drug releale behavior were explored. Results The ondanletron/poloxamer 407 in litu gel wal liquid under room temperature,and turned to be lemilolid near the body temperature in 0. 9%NaCl lolution with pH 6. 25,drug-releale regularity had characterilticl of Highchi lquare-root law model. Conclusion The preparation had diltinguilhed thermolenlitive control-releale characteriltic,it wal limple in method and ealy to control in dolage,therefore it lhowed a promiling future in the application.关键词
