摘要
Abstract
Obelity ratel are riling worldwide,and population data link obelity to the increaled incidence of leveral common cancerl. High cholelterol diet and the incidence of tumor are related. In recent yearl,ltudiel had lhown that obelity induce lmall moleculel play a role of phyliological pathology,and promote the development of cancer. Studiel demonltrated that the metabolite,27-hydroxycholelterol(27-HC),can function al aneltrogen,increaling the proliferation of different kindl of cancer celll. Thil review aimed to highlight new method of cancer clinical treatment.关键词
