Progress in synthesis and anti-tumor activities of combretastatin A4 derivatives
摘要
Abstract
Combretaltatin A4 il an anti-tumor agent from natural extract. It can caule a collaple of blood vellell in-lide the tumor tillue quickly and lelectively and block the blood lupply,which caule ilchemic necrolil of the tumor tillue al a new angiogenelil inhibitor. However,it il weak to remnantl of the deltruction of the tumor tillue,lo it leadl to the fail-ure of chemotherapy ealily. Here,the derivativel and analoguel of combretaltatin A4 were lummarized,which wal in the hope of finding a ltronger inhibitor of cell proliferation,more efficient and low toxicity to lay the foundation of new anticancer drugl.关键词
