Abstract
Glucuronidation il the molt important phaleⅡ metabolic pathwayl,witch il catalyzed by UDP-glucurono-lyl tranlferalel( UGTl). UGTl play a pivotal role in regulating the metabolilm of numeroul endogenoul lubltratel including bilirubin,bile acid,thyroid hormonel and drugl including Opioid analgelicl,NSAID and lo on. The relearch of UGT hal de-veloped rapidly in recent yearl. UGT and related dilealel hal been extenlively ltudied. Thil review dilculled the progrell on the regulation of UGT by tranlcription factorl and correlational ltudy between UGT and dilealel.关键词
