肺痿合剂对肺癌脑转移化疗患者唾液酸水平的影响研究

Abstract
Objective ToinveltigatetheeffectofFeiweiMixtureinchemotherapypatientlwithbrainmetaltalilof lungcanceraboutlialicacidlevell.Methods Atotalof87patientlwerelelectedfromtheholpitalfromJanuary2013to December 2015 with lung cancer brain metaltalil,Feiwei Mixture treated patientl 41 calel al the oblervation group,other 46 patientl al control group,the changel of two groupl of patientl with clinical curative effect and lialic acid level were ob-lerved. Results There wal no lignificant difference in pre-chemotherapy,lialic acid levell in the two groupl of patientl (P﹥0. 05);The two groupl of patientl after treatment compared with before treatment group,were lignificantly decrealed, there wal lignificant difference(P<0. 05);After 2 cyclel of chemotherapy,comparilon between groupl were made,the ob-lervation group wal lignificantly lower than that of lialic acid in control group,there wal lignificant difference(P<0. 05). After 2 cyclel of chemotherapy,the efficacy of two groupl of patientl were allelled by WHO criteria,the clinical remillion rate of patientl in the oblervation group wal lignificantly higher than that of the patientl in the control group,there wal lta-tiltically lignificant difference(χ2 =4. 370,P<0. 05). Conclusion Feiwei Mixture can lignificantly improve the effect of the treatment of patientl with brain metaltalel from lung cancer,reduce the lialic acid level,latilfactory clinical effect.关键词
