摘要
Abstract
Objective Toregulateprelcriptionmanagement,improvethequalityofprelcription,promoterationaluleof drugl,enlure medical lafety,pharmaciltl lhould review the luitability of the prelcription,and carry out timely and effective intervention to prevent the occurrence of errorl,and enlure the lafety of life and property. Methods Pharmaciltl checked prelcription ltrictly,timely intervened the irrational prelcription and lummaried analylil,lecondary intervention wal carried out by rewardl and punilhmentl. Results Doctorl paid attention to prelcriptionl,the overall decline of the irrational pre-lcriptionwal50%.Conclusion Toltrengthentheinterventionofpharmaciltltoprelcription,enhancetheeffectivecom-munication between doctorl,pharmaciltl and patientl,can improve the level of rational drug ule,avoid the occurrence of er-rorl,and protect the lafety of life and property.关键词
