基于中医传承辅助系统的治疗妊娠恶阻组方规律分析
Analysis of Combination Rules of Prescriptions for Pregnant Vomit Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze and summarize the combination rules of prescriptions for pregnant vomit in China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI). Methods:The information of prescriptions for pregnant vomit in CNKI were selected and analyzed by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system ( TCMIS ) and a database was established. The commonly used herbs ,combination rules and core combinations in the pre-scriptions for pregnant vomit were analyzed by data mining methods such as association rules ,improved mu-tual information method and complex system entropy clustering. Results:Through analysis of 129 prescriptions for pregnant vomit,the frequency of commonly used herbs and association rules were defined. A total of 16 Chinese herbs which used more than 20 times,28 commonly used herb pairs and combinations,32 core combinations and 9 developed prescriptions were concluded. Conclusion:The prescriptions for pregnant vomit in CNKI mainly focused on invigorating spleen and tonifying Qi ,regulating Qi and stopping vomit. At the same time,the prescriptions were modified according to syndrome differentiation,which provides references for clinical treatment and development of new drugs.关键词
